I am not really sure but my job does a good job at making me feel like today is the day everyday. I just get so mad because we are supposed to be an ethical company as we are a security company but than they dont do the ethical thing themselfs. Such as making the person who has been here the 15 longest time the site supervisor yes out of 18 people number 15 becomes the boss and they dont think the other 14 are going to quit please get real this job is not that great!!

That not a very good thing. Feeling this way will only make us miserable and we might loose focus on what we are prioritizing. If there was a way that we have subconsciously been helping ourselves like by saving up in the past until now, or maybe, investing on something that can help us pull through even if we get out of the job that we are slowly disliking. I would say, I wish I did that, so I wouldn't have to come to this point.
Perhaps there are things that I may want to reconsider. The friends I've made along the way, and also the things that I've learned may it be good or bad. It would really be great if I can be closer to what I will be happy with. Let's not lose hope!

Ya i try not to let it get in the way but its the fact that i hvae been here longer than most of the bosses but wont advance much farther because i WONT suck up to the main boss because i dont think that is the way they should be choosing who gets bumped when i have been here long than someone and work an extra 40 hours a week thats right 80 total hours in 1 week and she refuses to work over Ever and she gets to be my boss because he son is in church with the boss is crap and i will stick it out till my voice is heard!!!
