There is a temple which runs school for destitutes and on my birthday, instead of spending money on parties, I contribute the money to the temple to feed the children with food for one day. Like me there are hundreds who contribute.

I usually try to get atleast one angel off the salvation army tree in our mall to shop for a needy child during christmas. One year I actually did 5, it felt great to help!
