Any suggestions on yummy home made dog food?

For some odd reason, every time my dog eats canned dog food, he gets diarrhoea. I've tried different brands and it's still the same. So I've just been cooking some chicken/beef pieces and mixing it with rice, bread etc. Does any one have any suggestions on yummy and nutritious home made dog food?

I remember when I was a little girl my mum used to make mince meat finger type things for our dog and when I come home from school I used to love feeding the dog because I wouls pinch a few to eat, they were yummy, now that I think back I hope she made them out of human consumption mince meat.....hahahahahahahah
