SpareStash Shutting Down.

I just read an email that SpareStash is shutting down due to fraud. The owner is still owed $10,000 from her advertisers and 3 other ones dropped her because of fraud from members. I have $10 in my account but you need $20 to cashout, i don't think I am going to get $20 in time since the site is being closed on the 1st of Dec. I could do offers, but if they don't approve within three days it will be a wasted effort and offers. I don't understand why people have to be so greedy and commit fraud, is it really worth that extra $1? It's not like it only effects them it effects all the members. It's just a shame that good sites with honest owners have to close down because of a couple bad apples.
