Any good anime that similar to Elfen Lied?

Action anime? Blood+ (Can you tell from the title? It's about an amnesiac girl who "awakens" and has to protect the people close to her by killing Chiropterans) Code Geass (Basically, there's imperialist Britannia trying to "take over the world," one boy is disgusted by the idea. He later acquires an eye that allows him to make people obey his every command, the Geass.) Darker Than Black (I've only started watching this one but from what I understand assassins with supernatural powers.) You might also want to try out Tenjo Tenge, Fate/Stay Night, Devil May Cry, Noir, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin... well, the list goes on. Anyway, I hope that my suggestions will help you.

i think Gantz is good, MOnster is good though its more of psychological issues. Baccano is good too it has some gore. But if you like a unique one try Mononoke its a seris of Japanese ghost stories.

If you love watching blood everywhere then I suggest you Hellsing. It's about a vampire named Alucard who fights against other vampires for an holy organisation named Hellsing. But he's not really a good guy, he's such a cruel (and awesome) scoundrel:D.

if you are looking for a anime like elfen lied its hard to find one. i found one called "freezing" it takes place in the future (around 2050) and its about these people who are called pandora's and they go to a specal school where they find there "partners" called limiters and they connect there scenses buy preforming a "baptism" and they set something in there brain then they can preform freezing which thats where they get the name of the show from the main person in the story is called kazuya aoi witch is specal and ull find out how in the anime but he came in the middle of the year and wile the compatison is going on and he mistakes bridgette L. satellizer for his sister and jumps onto her when she falls threw the roof from being attacked and he jumps onto her and they both fly into the wall and he starts saying stuff and ull find the rest out in the anime dont want to mess up the anime for you but i think ull like it.
