I'm going to use my Citibank Visa card as soon as I get it verified. I think I'm going to stack some funds first before I do my first withdrawal. :)

go to http://www.unionbankph.com--they're so far the best bank to withdraw funds from paypal,based from what I've seen online--get an eon account there. Im still in the process of applying so will let you know how this works out...

I don't think that there are affilited banks of Paypal in the Philippines. However, if you intend to withdraw funds from paypal, you can do so thru Xoom thru BPI, Citibank Visa, etc. There are many ways to withdraw funds from Paypal other than those stated above.
