bad manners

I am a college student,I would like to tell you a storry about me:last sunday ,I went to nanchang and find some bad manners people did,after they finished breakfirst the bags were threw about... How can they do so ,it is really bad manners in their lives and do bad to the enviroment at the same time

which school you are studying in nanchang? I also have graduated from a college in nanchang. such things is usually seen. but now i am not in nanchang
