Hi everyone. I would just like to ask if anyone of you have someone you look up to as a personal mentor, or someone you really admire and respect that you look up to him/her and follow his/her teaching or a way of life? Do you have someone like that in your life now? How has that helped you? And in what ways do you like them to help you, is it through your business, your job, your life in general? I would like to hear about it. Please share. Thanks in advance!

Hi! Yes, it truly is amazing to find someone whom you know to be a fantastic mentor. I haven't heard of Tony Robbins before, and now that you mentioned, maybe I will try to find out about his teaching/coaching. And thank you, for sharing your own.

Hello!
Both my parents are my mentor, I can't choose only one as both of them play a big role in my life. My parents are like two opposite pole put together, they're just two different individuals but they're happily married....love is such a magical thing. They've been through a lot of ups and downs in life and still going strong. I witnessed them cried and laughed together and I admire them for being such wonderful and forgiving parents to me and my brother. And now as grandparents, I salute them.
They're my mentor in life, they taught me to always be humble and to always be thankful in whatever I have in life...be contented and always be generous and give back the blessings i've receive. They're the reason why I have a positive outlook in life, when in times of trouble they would always tell me to be strong and that everything will be alright.
I have such close relationship with them, they're not just my parents but my bestfriends too. Now, as a mother myself and starting my own family, I look up to them. Being away from them, makes me miss them terribly..but thanks to modern technology I do chat to them everyday. I'm just lucky to have such parents and my baby is so lucky to have such loving grandparents. Take care *smile*
ciao! c",)

Parents have always been our role models especially since our formative years. We probably cannot deny the fact that most of what we are have been contributed by their teachings whether intentional or not. You are very lucky indeed to have such a supporting family and even consider your parents as bestfriends. Never forget what matters most and this includes the people in your life.

If back to 20 years ago, I believe quite a lot of people more or less have a mentor of their own. But now a days, the computer and inforamtion age makes things totally different from the old time. It changes too quickly to find and follow a mentor.
