In light of Emily's death, I started to think...
I know her mom died of cancer, and thats why she was brought up by the Q's, but what happened to her dad? What about her whole family (aunts, uncles, grandparents, siblings, cousins)they all can't be dead can they??
Maybe I'm having a brain fart and they explained all this, but you'd think if someone was alive they'd attend the services.

That's why I started this discussion. You tend to forget old storylines of her being adopted yadda yadda until something like this happens.
I mean that family tree shows shes had aunts, uncles, cousin and dad still living. It's amazing to think that nothing has been spoken about them.

Yes I have always wondered that same thing too? So I went and did a little research. Check out this website. It lists all her family including who her real dad is. The only thing it doesn't say is what happened to him. I will keep digging and see if I can't find more.
