Family Discipline Do you????

Most parents agree that children who misbehave need to be corrected. What they don't always agree on is how.
Do you are your better half or family members agree when it comes to disciplining?Do you find common ground?
Oftentimes my husband and I haven't givin it much thought as to what we want to accomplish untill a problem occurs.

well when I do get a better half and some children I hope that we can sit down discuss what we want in discipline actions and come to some sort of an agreement this way the children dont learn the art of divid and conqour
