I can't seem to live without Subway. Then I am to poor to go to expensive resteraunts. I just love their subs and can't ever imagine me making those homemade. My son loves eating there and McDonald's.I have actually started not liking that fast food resteraunt very much. I've learned recently from their main website how horribly fattening their food is. So we don't eat their much. I like to go to pizza resteraunts occasionally.

well, I don't really limit the types of foods I eat when I'm dieting. I limit the quantity. I eat less of the stuff that's higher in fat and calories and more of the stuff that's really good for me. My big "weakness" is a good burger with bacon, mushrooms and swiss cheese. If I know I'm going out for one of those for dinner, I make sure to eat nothing but foods that are very good for me during the day. I'm also addicted to gyros, but I do the same thing with them that I do with the burgers.

I have a weakness for pizza, and I can never just eat one slice either. There is a great little pizza place/bar in our town called P&M pizza. They have the most unique pizza I have ever tasted they use a really different blend of cheeses and the crust is thin and delicious, and I'm pretty sure if I wouldn't get immensely fat I would live on it. I never seem to get sick of it, but I have to control myself.
