i just recieved it in the mail
never use ups EVER!
they charged me and extra 80$
anyways, after alL that i finally got it and i will be trying how good it actually works right now!

What in the world did they charge an extra $80 for.
Did it weigh more than you expected ?
I would be calling them and asking for an explanation.
Then call the company and talk to them about it.
UPS has been known to charge both the receiver as well as the shipper.
You may get a refund....

it was a brokerage fee I will never EVER order from ups again
anyways the nutrimill is awesome
I just hope it never breaks down i payed over 350 cdn for it
it does have a warranty but the id have to ship it back and blah blah blah
