The day after Thanksgiving, the mall or the store basically becomes my worst nightmare. I'm not much of a shopper anyway, I like to get in and get out so when Christmas time rolls around I hate going out and waiting in line or fighting the crowd. Surprisingly though I still do it and buy all of my presents from the store. However, I was considering starting to try and buy gifts online instead. Do you buy your gifts online or make the trip to the store? Also, if you buy your gifts online is it worth it?

We do both. I love the convenience of shopping on-line, but sometimes I like to browse and look around at things at an actual brick and mortar store.

I think the fun part is preparing the gifts and wrapping them. Where you shop doesn't matter. You get a lot of choices online too.

i dont mind shopping but seem to get tired very easily due to severe knee problems. i have not bought a whole lot online because of the shipping charges. i may do some more of that next year, depending on what everyone wants.
i buy all thru the year, so i manage to find pretty good deals that way.

Well buying online is so much easier and in my particular case much less expensive. In my country the shops are very full with expensive stuff, but I still buy there because I don't know where to buy. If I buy from internet I am not sure I will get the right thing, but anyway if you are lazy enough to go to the local shop then just get something from the net.

I believe you can get much better deals online, but then you have to make sure you buy enough from a vendor in order to get free shipping. Its no good if its 10 bucks cheaper online but costs 12 to ship. Also I'd order sooner rather than later just in case something does not arrive in time for Christmas.
But I definitely think places like ebay and other online sites have much better deals than a normal store. Easier to find what you like to.
