What is the most fulfilling experience of a teacher?

Teaching is considered as a noble profession. Teachers help in molding and forming the citizens of the future. However, teaching is never easy. There are lots of challenges. However, many still choose to be teachers. They say that the profession is fulfilling. What makes a teacher fulfilling? Where do one get the sense of fulfillment? I am a teacher for 12 years and still going... for me, the most fulfilling experience is to see my students doing things on their own and succeed in the areas they have chosen.
