I have been trying to lose some weight and cut down on what I eat, but I can never seem to stick to it. I'll do good for about a week and then just pig out or stop. I'm a student so I'm always busy and usually find ways of justifying eaching junk, but I really want to work on my willpower and lose the weight before summer. How do you discipline yourself or find the willpower to stay on a diet ..any suggestions?

I believe that willpower is not the issue. Few overweight people will ever have enough willpower to not eat what they love...that is why we are overweight! You need to keep searching to find a way of eating that works for you. For some people, that is calorie counting, for others it is exercise. For me it is nutrional cleansing with Isagenix. Check out my website lautz_tm.isagenix.com. It has really turned my life around. I thought that I was never, at my age, going to be able to lose weight again. This program has made all the difference. Since June, I've gone from a size 26 to an 18 and am still shrinking slowly. I have also found something I can do for the rest of my life - because that is what it takes. No quick fix 'until I weight X'. That has never worked for me...or most overwieght people. When I have reached my desired weight I will continue to cleanse because it works for me - and I feel GREAT!
