I saw Motion City Soundtrack a couple of weeks ago in Philadelphia at the Electic Factory. I think this was the fourth time I have seen them. This album is the best yet.
Every time I see them they get better. You can hear the evolution of their music.
I absolutely adore Justin. He comes across as thsi genuine person on stage. I've read about his alcohol problem and I hope he is dealing with that in a positive manner.
They seem to really enjoy themselves on stage. The other bands didn't really interest me that much. Mae and Metro Station did nothing for me. While I didn't really care for Anberlin, their energy was great and they made their show enjoyable.

I've only seen Motion City Soundtrack once. It was on the Nintendo Fusion Tour (with Fall Out Boy, The Starting Line, Boys Night Out and Panic At The Disco). I liked them live. Before seeing them live I listened to them a bit, but afterwards I started listening to them more. The live show made me get more into them.
I saw Mae once, and I thought they were sooooo boring. Really. I just got nothing out of it at all. They were with The Academy Is... and compared to TAI, Mae just had hardly any energy at all.
I just saw Metro Station last month (at the Bamboozle Roadshow with Saves The Day, Armor For Sleep, Set Your Goals and Lydia). My sister really likes them so she was really into their set. I thought they were ok.
I've never seen Anberlin live. I like their newest cd 'Cities'. Especially the songs 'Dismantle.Repair.' and 'There Is No Mathematics in Love & Loss'. I think they seem like they'd be fun live from what I've watched of them on YouTube.
