Teachers inculcate values in children and people of all age in and without school.
they teach all field of subjects. they're models and salt of life to generations still to come. however, there is a generation fear of most teachers being observed.
a can be good but when under observation may make simple mistakes and stray away from the scheduled lesson plan. share your thought on the fear of being observed.

Hi fredgame, teachers are human too. It is normal to feel a little nervous when being observed. For me to get over my nervousness, I'll look straight at the person who is observing me n then pretend he/she is not there anymore. It works all the time.
BUT if the observer is a secret admirer, I'll leave the room. hee...hee..chicken!
