can you still continue your sleep when you suddenly awakened in the middle of the night? what would you do if you find it hard to get back to sleep that you really needed?
(what is your best/most comfortable situation to go to bed/sleep? - some people sleep with their full clothes on, some with their boxes, pajamas and some are without anything on..)

i still can sleep if i get disturbed on my sleep single. but there are times that i would find it hard to sleep again especially if the cause if the turning on of the lights. you see, i can't sleep with the lights on, or too much light. it has to be off. ^__^
and i sleep with pajamas. sometimes just a housedress. ^__^ its comfortable for me that way. during summer i would sleep with only my underwear and a light tee shirt. ^__^

Usually I am a good sleeper^$^
I like sleeping in warm condition and wearing cotton pajamas without bra:)It makes me comfortable and easy to fall asleep.Besides,I prefer wearing socks to go to bed.It sounds weird to someone, maybe. But I like it.

Lately, I have not been sleeping that well. I always wake up in the middle of the night, either thirsty or going to the bathroom. Then my sleeping marathon simply snaps out, so that's where I'd end up in the front of my PC and doing mylot.
I always sleep undressed in the upper part of my body, then put on my comfortable sleeping shorts..

"....always wake up in the middle of the night,....."???
you mean you never go to sleep properly? aren't you afraid of short circuit just in case you forget to switch the pc off?...i hope we never be the slave of television or PC forthat matter.

I just lie down on the other side, and then when I start to doze, turn back to my regular way, pull the covers over me, and I am asleep. I do not wear anything when I sleep. Usually when I wake up it is because I have to go to the washroom so once that is done, unless my lips are dry and I need a drink of water, it does not take much before I am back to sleep.

sounds like it's much easier to go back to sleep. i can't do as good as you. my brain has always been active like a little boy you let go on the playground...- so hard to get back to sleep sometimes...:)

Often times when i am suddenly awakened in the middle of my sleep I find it hard to go back sleeping again so i really hate it when it happens. I have to drink milk or read a book just to while away time and feel sleepy again. It is just fortunate that it happens very seldom or i'll always be pissed off early in the morning for lack of sleep. My best sleeping position is lying on my side, usually on my right, while hugging a pillow and with another pillow in between my legs. And to make myself even comfortable i wear a loose T-shirt with matching boxers shorts. I don't like wearing pajamas as we have a hot weather here in our country for most of the year.

Hello!
I just fix myself a warm milk, then find a comfortable position or read a book, if still can't, my last solution would be thinking of things, imagining and surely i'll fall back to sleep.
I like sleeping curling to my side and hugging a pillow...I do cuddle my hubby but he snores sometimes...lol! good thing he won't be able to read this...he knows anyway that he snores wahahaha.
I go for nice comfy pajamas with socks on.
Take care. *smile*
ciao! c",)
