really what makes christmas better than any other holiday because you visit your family eat and leave. whats so great about that.

Well we don't just visit family, eat and leave. It was always a time that we all got together at my mom's house, no matter how far the drive. The house was filled with laughter, and talking and the smells of baking coming from the kitchen. It's a holiday filled with magic, and getting together with friends and family. I moved to another state 2 1/2 years ago, and haven't been able to go back to my mom's for Christmas, instead we go to my boyfriend's parent's, where his family gathers, we have Christmas and then after dinner we have a birthday celebration for his daughter with birthday cake, yep her birthday is Christmas Day.

ok i kind of get it now it is just something you do to fill up all your extra time with pointless things you probably dont want to be doing. im just kidding i really do understand that christmas is a little bit better that the other holidays but new years is the best.
