I would sit her down and talk to him/her, i would try and understand (tbh i kinda do even though im not tiny or anything i still obsess about food) but i would help her and try and explain that there is healthier ways of dieting than that, and try and help her regain her eating, example sit down just the two of us and gradually try and rebuild her calorie intake (whenever she ate i would also because then you dont feel like your being watched) but if nothing i tried worked i would try talking to someone else and get ideas, if that didnt work and she was becoming soo ill i would talk to her parents!

I would do anything in my power to support them, all the way, as they could easily dwindle away and die. You cannot force them to eat, it won't work.
Only treatment will help, from a good doctor or treatment center, and one that specializes in this disease. It's very sad and they can't help themselves.
There is probably hot lines you could call and get advice on how to handle this, and that would be my first step in this process. It must be handled very carefully.........good luck to you.

Hello Kazashmaza,
Anorexia is a dangerous disease. If not treated it will end up in severe malnutrition and prove fatal.
Since an immediate action is necessary I will tell my friend and his family members about the problems of this disese. If necessary I will accompany them to visit a doctor. Because, the first thing in anorexia is to find out the reason for anorexic condition of the patient. So, a diagnosetic test is important to find out the cause. If the cause is known, treatment can become easier.

The very WORST thing you can do is force them to eat. Someone did that to me and I was so freaked out by it that I tried to hang myself that night. Other anorexics have told me the same thing. That when they're forced...It's so much worse than if they were given time and baby steps.
