Amazon Mechanical Turk

Does anyone else do this? I've just started. You have to work for it, but I've found it pretty decent. http://www.mturk.com/mturk/welcome

I started on that a few days ago but I got bored with it pretty quickly. I've found myLot to be much more interesting, I think because it has the interaction factor here that the Mech. Turk did not.

So how does it work? kinda read about it.. and got the impression that all you do is create surveys and amazom puts them up? so how does the money work?
