what do you think we should do do reduce the number of car accidents?

I am Canadian so can only speak for here,but the first thing would be for the people trying for their licence must (in Western Canada) read write and speak fluent English,then pass the military driving test. with this test,you are allowed to loose three pionts only before you fail,and you can loose those three,before you even step into your vehilce. that would stop most accidents as it would take about 3/4 of the people off the roads. they must also take all driving tests in the winter. once you learn how to drive in the snow and ice,you can drive in the summer easy,but not the other way around.
