how do i upload a pic for my icon

I was just wondering how i can upload a picture for my icon thing. I have looked everywhere in the profile section and I just can not figure it out. Any help is welcomed. Thanks

you need to go that link where you can edit your preferences, from there you can browse for your avatar... happy mylotting :-)
