Do you brush your teeth 3 times a day?

I try to but don't always make it. I tend to brush twice a day though. Once when I wake up and again before I go to sleep. I'm trying to do better, but it's just hard to do...lol!!

I ususally brush them two times a day but I have recently brush three times a day.

I brush only twice a day, but I gorgle mouth with salt water twice - once after lunch and once after dinner. Before going into bed I brush.

I do brush twice a day, which is before going to bed and after i wake up in morning. I never gone for 3 times. But i feel twice is sufficient. Cause that much brushing could lead to bad health of your teeth.

i can't say that i do. sometimes when i'd go out a lot of different times a day i'd brush them before each time, so sometimes i would.. but not as a ritual everyday. usually i just brush them once a day actually - and sometimes i even forget a day! :/

I only brush them 2 times a day, first thing in the morning and once before bed. Although I do gargle with listerine after meals though!

Yes I brush my teeth 3x or more depending on how many times I eat. Every time I go out of the house, whether i go to the mall, I bring my tooth brush with me. I brush my teeth every after meal because I feel comfortable when my teeth is clean esp if I am talking with different people. I like to have the best close up smile... :)

Hello dear MisterPlus. I usually brush my teeth two or three times day after each meal, but if I happen to be out or on business somewhere, then there are only twice that I brush my teeth as you know the inconvenience to be away from home. Thanks for your question.

I will at least brush it 2 times. That's the minimum. I have no upper limit for brushing teeth. It can be 3.. 4 .. times. It really depends on my mood. =D I always brush after meals.
