How long before you felt solid in your recovery from anorexia.

I have been in and out of treatment for anorexia for the last 15 years. I was in and out of the hospital for a long time, but it has been almost 3 years since i have been in the hospital now. I still have weird issues with food. I just don't know if this will ever get better. Over time I have gained weight and am not near a normal weight, but I still think about what I eat all the time. Does it ever get easier? I know that I am much better than I was, but I still feel that true health somehow eludes me.
