PTC/PTR Sites are Disappointing me....

Hi, I am Searching net to find out some Genuine site who is making payouts for Reading, Clicking on Ads, But I have got only 3 sites which got good response from MyLot and ApSense. As I am from India, do you have any suggestions or recommendations for such good and Genunie Sites where I can enroll to make extra income.
Please help me..., looking for your valued responses

Making money online can be very difficult at first, you have to be organised and to be careful of scams. If you look at my profile, I have a list of sites that pay minimum $0.01/ links and aren't scam. You can start to register to theses site, I live in France and they work for me, it's international.
