To get over allergy is not that easy. There are so many external agents that cause allergy. Some of them are dust, air, pollution, water, milk, curd, buttermilk, etc. One might wonder about allergic content in products such as milk and buttermilk. Yes..Taking curd during nights should be avoided by those who sneeze much. Similarly taking oily substances also should be avoided by those who suffer from asthma and the like. Any other suggestions?

I think somoe of those things help but you can't just get over an allergy. There are also lots of medications that are great and help get you through the bad allergy seasons.
