How to increase my hight???

Hi Buddy! I can understand your problem, although I feel it is not a problem at all. One's beauty and success lies inside his or her mind, not the height he possesses. You certainly know somwe famous faces with not so great in altitute. This is for sure that it is really difficult to increase your height at this age, but I am not mentioning the "Impossible" word. There are some excersices which can help in increasing height even in your age. Yoga also helps a lot in this kind of problem.
