What is your hometown like?

MyLot really is an international community that points out how similar (and different) we all are! I live in a big city now that has a lot of crime, but I'm from the middle of nowhere - in between dairy farms and corn fields. Where are you from? Where are you now? How do you feel that makes you unique?

I am from India, from a City which is second state Capital and it is though not very crowded like most other cosmopolitan cities of our country, but still it is bit congested and with increased business and adding industrial projects it has become quite a dense and concrete jungle! It is having good physical infrastructure like good roads for driving, good lighting , good market places and Malls. IOt does have an Air Port which is Local and International too and a Main railway station along with couple of suburbs! People in general here in my home town are cool and easy going and they love to have slow pace in their lives because here we do have maximunm goverment offices amongst all the cities of our country! And the peoiple working in the Government Offioces have a fixed time to go to office and come back and most of them are working 5 days a week and that's the reason mostly people are cool here! But with the changing times and developments crime rates are also progressing and they are in ascending side! Novio riches and the upcoming middle class people are making lot of pomp and show and I persoinally believe that this thing is troubling the poorv most and this is leading to crimes in our hometown! For the purpose of my job I am living about 1200 kims away from my home town and I am placed at a remotely placed Stud Farm which is near to our Capital! Though here on the stud farm life is very peaceful and pleasant, sometimes my professional demands really drives me crazy! Ofcourse this is veryones story! Thanks dear friend for your discussion and I really enjoyed participating in it!
