Change is the only constant in life

Very often in life, we have to react to the many changes experienced in our lives. As such, it does appear that change is the only constant in life. Do you agree? Why or why not? Please share your thoughts. Cheers.

I definitely 100% agree to that. I always use this quote at work. Sometimes change can be unacceptable. Sometimes it's for the common good. Sometimes it's difficult to live by. But the importance of having change is that we learn to adjust to the different circumstances in life and be able to experience different situations and how we should deal with it.
