Hi melissa:) Do some great belly crunches!!It works!Just lay on the floor and prop your feet under something like the bed or couch and do cruches. They are like sit-up,but you do not go all the way up to the full sit-up position. You just go half way, just enough to feel your belly tighten(crunch),do this like once a day like 50 of them or 40,its you and how much you feel comfortable doing.I did this and it helps tighten the belly muscles again and faster. It helps tighten the muscles, but does nothing for the fat around the stomach. Cardio exercise such as jump roping, treadmill work or rollerblading is the only way to get rid of fat.

Haha,i know that, hehe.I work out at the gym, weight lifting.Usually you tighten the muscles first on the belly area and then the rest follows. If you dont tighten it you will always have it somehow, plus eating good.

Exercise, watch what you eat and do cardio aerobics. Sit ups alone won't do anything for you. They will tone your muscles, but the only way to get rid of excess fat is to do aerobics. I would suggest starting out slow and then working up to 3-4 days a week anywhere from half an hour to an hour a day. You'll see results. Then strength train with weights or something to help tone the rest of your body. Muscle mass burns fat even when you're not working.
