Cisco Certified Network Associate. You can get a good info and tutorials (basic) at http://ccnatutorials.50webs.com http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/current_exams/640-801.html And ya let me tell you CCNA is entry level exam or course ccnp is intermediat or professional ccie is the expert level.
