I usually sleep 8 or 9 hours for each night, however I love sleep and I would like to sleep a lot...ahahah :-D

Well i am an insomniac.So i hardly sleep at all.I am so glad that my condition is not aggrevated.so i end up sleeping anywhere between 30 min to 2 hours.

Well thats almost impossible for me now...A good half hour sleep at any time is welcome for me.

I too would prefer to take a good long night sleep but there are other compulsions which cannot be ignored like preparing food for school going children due to which i have to cut short my sleep. However during weekends when the school is off i do take a good eight hours plus sleep.

Actually i sleep only 6 or 7 hours a day because of my daughter, you know if you have kids mom cannot sleep well.lot of things to do, if your child go to sleep your running to clean your house, washing clothes, cooking, and of course little hours for mylot.

hope u must be doing well
well i sleep 6-7 hours a day and same routine i follow on week ends
if i sleep less than 4-5 hours a days contineously for 6-7 days by blood pressure start rising and creating problem. So i believe that taking proper sleep is much advised

Its 6-7 hours a day..i believe in early to bed..early to raise and hence i never go to bed late and see that i get a proper night sleep without any disturbance..Like you say inorder to have a healthy body we need to sleep atleast 7-8 hours a day so that our body machines work properly..when we dont sleep proper we feel somewhat lazy during the next day.

sometimes i have more than 8 hours for sleep ,sometimes i have less than 6 hours for it and even stay all night as there's someting having to be finished as soon as possible.
yes,i also know regular sleep is good for health,but there is always not such a proper environment offered to my doing so.

Sleeping for 8 hours is an average time for healthy people. Some people sleep more than 8 hours and some sleep less than 8 hours a day. People who sleep more than average sleeping hours are not doing good for their health. legnthy asleep causes to make a person bore and tired. some people do not sleep up till mid not night or up till late hours in night. This habit does not allow them to get up well in the morning. they feel no good when they get up in the morning. such people could not perform their professional responsibalities. therefore it is very important to fix the time for sleeping and also waking up in the morning. Because less and long than average time sleepin is not good for health. sleeping at different times suffers the motabolism system which is not good for health.
I try to sleep well for 9 hours a day. this much asleep is sufficient for my mental and physical health.

depends on the situation but mostly i sleep 8 to 9 hours a day and i think its enough for a day
i konw most of people that do not care about their sleep, they do not konw that how its important

I sleep for about 6 hours a day. Six and a half tops. On weekends I usually sleep a little longer and get 7 or 8 hours each day.
If I feel tired during the day, I'll sometimes lay down for a 20-30 minute nap. It refreshes me and I usually don't fell tired at all when I awake.

I usually sleep 7 hours a day,because i think this is good to our health.sleeping more will make me lose my scripts,and sleeping less will make me sleep when i work.
