Exercise keep fit - I tink exercise keep fit our body and feel free mind ..
But regular exercise only will get the benifit ..

I'm sure housework counts, so I have to say everyday! Maybe an hour a day!

yes obeviously becuae i know that my aunty has a four children all 1 year different i know she didnt get a time to 5 minutes sit also , i dont know how yu sit infront of the computer they are allow to yu .. how yu are managing ., yurs all small babies or .. Any way all the best for yur all works doing well..

No dear house hold work is not a exercise , Becuse all house wife thinks like these its a similar to exercise i will wash cloths , doing all cleaning procedure but its not keep in fit your body . yu know my grany will do all house hold work she was lean suddenly she put on wait she got kidny failure or some related disease so i asked the doctor my grany will do all those house hold work then why she put on ait suddenly. Doctor suggest me dont think house hold work is a regular exercise ,

Hi neethucool Of-course there is no doubt that exercise keeps us fit. Those who are regularly exercising are always active , happy and far from sickness. Young boys and girls should exercise every day, specially outdoor exercise like running, walking and getting lot of fresh oxygen. We all should try to get as much fresh oxygen as we can. Exercise helps our body to function properly and oxygen cleans up our body from inside. so it is very essential to exercise so that all parts of our body can function properly and we can inhale more and more fresh air and always remain fit. I always go for morning walks and on weekends I walk along the coast of beach on wet sand and I love it.

It is ok........if outdoor exercise does not suit you, then you can do some exercise at home itself. If you are not overweight and don't need much of exercise then you can do it only once a week.......as long as you feel fit.

Very good idea but i dont know its work on because wht happend means once i started morning walk , jogging, skipping, continusely two months or something i done after words i stop it because i got a sever fever again lost my wheight i came in under whieght so i dint continue. So again i start last weak so only one day i went so heavy cold i stop it again ..

Yes i do agree and I do excercise everyday to keep fit for myself..talking about friends none of my friends are regular excercisees..thay are sleeping morons..lol

Hi Smartx i think sleeping also good exercise is int it, becuase mind will get relax that time na so i like to sleep .Then one year before i did regular morning walk , jogging nowadays i cant because of the winter cant wake in the moring winter always iam lazy girl,i like this tim ehave the food & sleep alot ...... how is my idea!

It is time tested and proved phenomena that the exercise keeps a person fit and active. Exercise causes to burn the extra calories and strengthen the muscles of an exercising person. Extra calories are fating agents. If we inhale extra calories in our body that results in shape of overweight and fatness. If you arrange to burn the extra calories then you will become fit and strong in result. Keep continue your exercise if you want to fit your self and strong your body.

Yes, i too believe that regular exercise helps us to stay fit and healthy. Must go with eating healthy of course.lol I do love dancing, that's my exercise, but couldn't do it regularly but at least 3 to 4 times in a week, i guess it really helps me. I do have friends who have a daily routine at the gym, i think it's a must to exercise regularly because our whole body will benefit from it and it is our responsibility to take care of this borrowed life right? Ya offcourse dancing is a very good exercise will get the benifit whole body !Before my house had a dance class my sister she is very good dancer she has some students so that time i was also paracticed nowady she is busy with her studies , that exercise stoped !Now sometimes i will do aerobic exercise that one ilike with music very nice..

HI, I do mostly, but at rare time like if being unhealthy of fever, cough so on I may rest. Also certain time too much excerise some body pains also occur then also I do rest. Certain injuries also occur if not done excercise systematically. Too of strained excercise also causes injuries. I do mostly light excerices if tried otherwise I would opt to do some strained excercise if not tried. During morning it enhances a feel of freshness.
