realtionship younger men and older women

hi friend.i think it really does not matter now that whether the man is younger or elder than women.its said that man gain maturity later than women and its just because of this reason that women look ofr men who is elder to her in age so that he would match her maturity.however exceptions are always there.and i must guys these are also very amtured at a younger age.the whole relation depends upon there factors:Respect,Understanding and Love.if all these three elements are there in a relationship then it does not at all matter.

it really depends on so many factors. how the relationship started? how they got to know each other? what is the set up of the relationship? but one important thing is RESPECT. if you don'te respect one another it's a useless relationship. next is trust, trusting one another keeps the relationship stronger. and lastly open communication, it keeps the relationship grow to the next level, longer and stronger.

i am an older woman and I almost always date men younger than me. I have dated younger than 10 years but to be honest I am so uncomfortable with it that it really doesn't work. I think it all depends on the people involved. The older you get the less important the age gap.
