Do You Add People On MSN You Don't Know Well?

I heard people having lot of contacts on Msn Messenger because they add everybody and they have their Msn full of people. Do You Add People On MSN You Don't Know Well? Or Do you prefer to know people befor adding them on Msn Messenger?

Nope...If I don't know the person and if he/she does not identify him/herself...I will block the stranger... I don't have time to waste on chatting about nonsense with people I don't know

If you have last version of msn messenger live, you can set invisible mode so you don't have to block each one and you can chat with only people you want without blocking them.

Yep, I block everyone unless I want to chat with them. Then I will usually arrange a time or day to chat by email. I will then unblock that person so that I am able to chat. Once in awhile I will unblock people just in case they are on and wish to chat. I like to chat, but I don't have a whole lot of time to do so, so I pick and choose carefully. Blocking such an easy choice.

i have probably upwards of 25-30 contacts on msn .. i only know two of them in person. i never get on my msn though really because i don't know any of them. they're mainly just people i've talked to once or twice out of boredom but definitely don't keep in contact with. i'm an aim user. i have about 200people on my aim buddy list and i know 95% of them in person.

Ok, i know what do you mean, because I've some contacts too with I talked a couple of times, I've a circle of good friends which I talk everyday with them. I never used AIM, i think it is more spreaded in America then here in Italy.

I have 2 contacts on YIM,I chat with them once in a while, not everyday.They are busy most of the time.When I want to chat, I send a message offline, and wait for their response. I don't want to add people I don't know very well, I'll wait until I know who they are first.

YIM I suppose it is Yahoo Messenger. I used to use it but I like more Msn, maybe just because all my friends has it.

No, never do I add anyone unless I know them very well. I have very few people added. I am very particular who I chat with, when I do chat, which isn't very often anymore do to not having the time.

Ok, sometimes it is so hard to chat when there are lot of people that wanna chat with you. It is my case when there are more than 3 conctacts that wanna chat at the same time.
