SCAM mail E-gold??????

has anyone else received an Emil from BLOCKRobot_donotreply@e-gold.com? It says the Email is to:vox_m20@hotmail.com (not my address). The message is basically: Dear E-gold customer There are some problems with the E-gold system we have to stop some accounts, You have to log in to your account to check if it found frozen There is then a link https: e-gold.com/acct/login.html If it is frozen you will have to add your email and wait for our reply later. I don't even have an E-gold account and the mail is not even addressed to me. Looks like a definite scam to me. Has anyone else seen this?

That is called phishing and that email did not come from e-gold. I suggest you contact e-gold and copy and paste that email. That is very common in both e-gold and paypal and that is a crime called phishing (FRAUD).
