One of my least favorite books is the Catcher in the Rye. I hate Holden Caufield. It's been years since I read it, so I can't remember specifically what I hated about him, but I wanted him to die. Are there any books you hate?

I hated Empire, which was supposed to be the amazing book about globalization (a field I love to study), but it was the worst book I ever read. I was upset as I paid over $20 bucks for it! I didn't even finish it!!

Mine is Macbeth. My class had to read it when I wanted to read Hamlet is one reason and the other reason is how stupid Macbeth was written. If you are approached by three seers and they tell you that you will be king wouldn't you ask them how? What do you see me doing to become king?Does he do that No.

Before anyone shouts me down and say how can I not like Shakespeare, then I've got broad shoulders, sorry but all that old English in his books does my head in. Any book that he's written I hate. I actually refused to do GCSE English because I had to study Shakespeare, I did maths instead! I can't understand why everyone raves about Shakespeare, it bores me to tears

I don't want to say I hate this book, but I just couldn't get through it and I tried a few times. The DaVinci Code. I know it was popular, but I just couldnt get past the first few pages. Boring, in my opinion.
