I'm interested in starting on doing yoga... I think it's an interesting thing to do especially when you get stressed easily...
I believe there are different types of yoga and am not sure which i should go into. Is it all the same or should i just choose one that's better suited to me? So what do you think?
I also heard there's this jala neti thing in yoga but am not sure which type of yoga it is... Does anyone know?

Hi owstalaga, I had been doing yoga daily for many years when I was young. Many friends and I learnt this from a yoga master from India during his performance in my place. I feel that when having meditation I could really relax and feel calm and peaceful.

I had practised on some simple yoga years ago, togethe with my Ex while we were in the United States. The posture seems easy, but when we start pratising it, it's not as easy as what it looks. It's really tiresome! You will feel the stress in the arm and leg. I couldn't stand it for more than 2 minutes LoL. But I totally agree that it's a very good exercise and mind pacifier that could release our tension.

your most favorite yoga technique is meditation, right? You do the meditation everyday? or only when you get stressed?
Do you join any yoga training or just do your self at home?
