Diet that WORKS: what can you say?

many of us really want to have the perfect body we have been dreaming about. I myself have tried a lot of diet tips that seems to be not working at all. Im a student and i barely have no time to work out. As i was browsing the net, i came to see this diet tip that claims to be effective.
They call it "the 3 hour diet".
This is how it works. When you wake up in the morning. You wait at least an hour before having your breakfast. Then you wont eat for 3 hours, if you get hungry after three hours you must eat onl crackers. Then by lunch time just eat your normal food intake and wait for 3 hours again before you eat snacks. By dinner time, you can eat a very light meal with less carb more protein.

There is a chinese saying:it is better to keep balance,no matter what you do. so do not believe in instruction totally.if you are normal,please do not do what you think will make you more healthy.keep nature, you will be fit and your heart will be healthy too.

Hello thenurse,
The diet tip is right.According to Science the food we take(vegitarian) will get digested in 3 hours and absoption takes another half hour. If you are taking non-vegetarian food, it takes 6 to 8 hours to digest(depending upon the type of food you take) and absorption takes same time. The dieticians say like this:
1) Breakfast --- should be heavy.
2) Lunch ------- should be medium.
3) Dinner ------ should be light.
Inbetween if you feel hungry you can have small snacks.But, it is very difficult to go by dietician programme. Because if some food item you like, you intend to take that item a little heavy. So, it is better you have your food according to your hungry. Don't eat more. Do some regular exercise to the colories to burn.
This will keep you in good health.
