I think it to be right for some cases. It may seem a very undignified approach to treating a human to stop crime, but the learned lawmakers who introduced this ultimate punishment must have thought over it twice. I think that when the human mind reaches a stage where it becomes nearly impossible to bring it back to mainstream lifestyle, no matter what amount of counselling or rehab you put in, then unfortunately, elimination is the only choice left. I hope that somehow we can devise a complete cure for the mind.

No I don't as too many mistakes have been made in the past but I don't think people should live in luxury either they should be put to work and pay for their crimes....

I really dont know... i feel all have right to live their own life. But if I analyse a bit more then you got to be practical. Its a classic debate between mind and heart. Would not end.

on some cases, yes i do agree,,, i mean if a person killed around 20 people , then he took the lives or she took thelives of all those peole.. why would they be allowed to have a life.. they will be extremely lucky to keep their life! but those who killed once out of something.. and serving life time sentence is fair i guess.. i mean it dont always apply but for certain cases.. it should be used!

In certain cases I feel it is needed, while in other situations it would be a cruel and unneeded thing.
