I got a new cell phone not too long ago. This one enables me to play music on it. I thought that was great so I bought a memory card to store some tunes. However, all the music that I have on my computer are from cd's that use Digital Rights Management (DRM). That is a bummer as I can't use them on my phone. Where can I get music that I can use. I already bought the music once in cd form so now it looks like I have to spend more money. Any suggestions as to where I can get tunes that do not use DRM?

Music on sellphone maybe the one of the best idea in technology. I'm addicted to music, I can't live without music. 5 years ago I've been imagine how fun and colourful life would be if someone put music into sellphone. Turn out 6 month after that Nokia releasing 5510, as far as I know that was the first music sellphone ever created. I bought it. And never seperated ever since. I have it with me all day, even during my sleep. But sorry, I can't give you any suggestions coz I don't familiar with DRM

I believe Sony Ericsson created the music phone first. They even have a series dedicated to it, the sony ericsson w series. W stands for walkman. I have both the Nokia N 73 Music Edition and the SOny Ericsson W800i. Price of my N73 is almost twice the price oy my W800i but in terms of music quality, the w800 is much much better sounding.

There are programs and converters for free on the internet that allow you to strip the file protections off of files (incuding ones from iTunes). You could also just get limewire and download unprotected versions of the song.
just search download.com and see what you find.
