Great Deals For Las Vegas?

Ive heard of sites you pay $20 and then you get a great deal on vacations. I was wondering if there is such a thing. I paid a company once and they said the offer expired but I never did get my money refunded. Is there such a thing as a 2 day 3 night vacation for next to nothing or is that just one of those timeshare scams out there?

I wouldn't pay any site any amount to get a discount ticket to Vegas. I could only assume this is a scam. If you check the airline site itself, you may be able to grab a good deal to Vegas for a weekend.
