Do You Earn More for Responding To or for Starting a Discussion?

I'm just wondering if anyone has noticed a difference in their earnings between when you start a new discussion, and when you reply to others' discussions. I try to do a little bit of both every day, as well as add pictures, but I haven't been keeping very good track of what things earn what amounts. Do any of you know? How much do you seem to be earning per post?

I think the only difference from starting a discussion and replying to a discussion is that when you reply to one the point is immediate where if you start a discussion you have to wait until someone replies and sometimes you may not get any replies at all.

Thanks for this information. I was wondering about that. I had noticed that when I start a discussion, sometimes I never see a point value update, but when I respond, the point is shown almost immediately. I really wonder why this is though?

You don't see a point go up because you don't get paid or get points for starting nor do you get paid or points for replying within your own discussion.
It's all in the payment guidelines and in the FAQs under payment information.

You don't earn *any* money from starting discussions. It's in the myLot guidelines and the FAQ under payment information.
The only way you earn money is through posting replies, referrals and uploading photos. You only get paid one penny whether you upload 1 image or 100. Posts are judged on the quality not the quantity. Keep that in mind while posting.
