I have been paid many times by clixsense remember they charge a $3 check processing fee so if you request a check when you have $10 you will only get $7 that is why I wait till I have at least $20 before requesting a check.
Lately my offers have been approving rather quickly on cashcrate I had not done any offers for awhile and decided to try some they all approved and all within a couple days. You already clear your cookies, use differnet emails addresses and make sure that you fill out the surveys all the way until you get to the last page that you need to complete bonus offers I don't do them.

"cashcrate"
Not a problem one. I've gotten paid 3 times by CashCrate and am waiting on my 4th payment. It's being processed as we speak.

Vinney I'm sorry I have no idea if you can upgrade or not. I can't see why not. However you can always submit a ticket and ask them.

I have made payout on clixsense as well but am not requesting payment, I might just upgrade with it. CashCrate has been slow at approving offers in the past, but I think that depends on various things. Since you clear your cookies and change your email addresses I would say don't do too many offers at once, do a 2-5 and then wait an hour or two then do a couple more, if you do a whole bunch at one time the tracking of the offers can be affected. Also running a firewall sometimes prevents offers from approving. I mostly go there to do the daily surveys every couple days since I have been really busy with Christmas coming up. The browser you use may effect the approval rate as well, Internet Explorer and FireFox are the best ones.

I will try not doing so many. I have had offers approve from them before I had even hit submit.... I never get approved for surveys from them :(
