What happened to Rutgers?

Did anyone think the Scarlet Knights were going to be good this year? Last year, they had a dream season for that school. They missed out on a BCS game by a yard or somethign silly like that in the West Virginia loss. But they had Ray Rice coming back.
Was Brian Leonard and the tight end really that big of a difference?
