Weight Loss

I recently lost 12 pounds. It happened over a period of 3 months. I wasn't dieting but found a product, which is probably not healthy, that would take the place of lunch. This all started when I had a pinched nerve and other back issues. My appetite was gone as a result of all the pain. Started eating Flamin' Hot Fries which are corn and potato snacks along with any kind of regular cola. The product is full of sodium but didn't seem to make me retain water. At any rate, I began to lose weight. Again, this wasn't done on purpose but was the only food that I wanted while sitting or laying in bed. Lack of exercise also kept me from wanting to eat balanced meals. I didn't need to lose weight and don't promote this product as a diet source. Simply wanted to share what took off the weight. Anyone try this product and if so, was it good?

I have tried them and I like the cheese fries better than the flaming hot ones.. but I have to admit that I don't think I would lose weight eating theese! I would probably not beable to stop eating and gain weight becuase they are soo tasty!

Actually my intention was not to lose weight but it happened. They are very tasty and addicting. Thanks for responding.
