I am so sad today, my fishes were dead.

I just came to work today and as usual I feed the fish in the fish ponds in the lower lobby. But as i throw the pellets to the pond, no fish were eating the pellet made me wondered where are the fishes?. I asked the gardener and he said the fishes were dead last night. I felt so sad when he told me what happened. The pest control company sprayed the thatched roof in the lobby with disinfectan yesterday but apparently it is rain last night and the water dripping from the thatched roof to the pond bringing the chemical down to the water.. The gardener have told the housekeeper immediately about the dead fishes and they moved another fish that are still alive to another pond. Only few survive. Big fish, small fish, cat fish, gold fish and baby fish were dead. Maybe there are hundreds of them. There are three fish pond on the lower lobby. the biggest pond in front of my desk have lots of fish and lotus on the water. The other ponds are smaller and only contain gold fishes. In the bigger fish pond, there are lots of fishes lives there in serenity, there are gold fish, cat fish, and many other fishes that I dont know the name, oh and also some frogs.. Whenever I come to work in the morning, I've always help the gardener to feed the fish. I love feeding them, because the eat like crazy. Their favorite food is fish pellets and bread. Sometimes I went to the kitchen and ask if any unused bread I could have to give the fish.I know that bread is not their food but they just love it and the gardener said they eat bread since they were smal fish. Now the bigger pond is quiet, the gardener have removed the dead fish and change the water. The housekeeper said that they will ask the insect control company for their responsibility and lack of attention that make our fish pond poisoned. Luckily the other 2 ponds are safe. The gold fish there still in peace and harmony, they might dont know that there was an accident that kill their friends on the other pond. I look at the gold fishes and feel like they cerish me. But still I am sad for my dead fishes...
