A Bad Experience

I just had bad experiences this morning, here's the first one;I was waiting for the next train,and there are lots of passengers like me,I was in the front row coz I was the first to arrived in the waiting area.When the train arrived and when the door was opened for the passengers(and as usual the train was full pack of passengers) upon getting in the door somebody from my back pushed me hard and because he or she was sure that I would not know them or recognize either,I almost hit somebody's face when I tried to control myself not to fall down,the second one;When coming back,I was in cue for the security guard'post for inspections,there were about four more persons ahead of me,one woman was insisting to insert herself in between me and the lady in front of me, of course I would not allow her because I was the on the right line,she was insisting that she was the one to follow,there is only one lane and she was from the back,she made a lot of noise but I just ignored her.trully there are some people men, women who don't know good manners.It is an annoying characters,to take advantage to people.What can you comment?I know I am not the only one who experienced such things like this.
