How to learn English well?

Language is a surprising and special thing.when you am fond of which language,you will be interesting in it ,you can learn it hard.butat last you find you can't still learn it well.i don't know why ?Ask for everyone,how do you learn new languages?if you have good ways and expriences,Tell me ,please,thank you very much.

Hello starting, nice to meet you, I see you are from China I have been telling the many young people in here from China who all seem to want to learn good English to get together to do this, I am sure you will get many friends in here and I think you should start up a little club with all the young friends from China maybe even meet up or talk on a messenger but you must make a rule to speak English only and you will learn for sure, good luck

well you have just started but before long you are going to have heeps of friends in your friends list, and then you can private message them and maybe set up a messenger list with them maybe hotmail or yahoo or someway and eventually you may find some even live near you..it just takes awhile in here to get your friends....
